| Terms & Conditions Return Policy Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the items you purchased from our web site for a full refund if you call Pro Tech Customer Service toll free at 1-800-468-8371 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Return the product with the RMA Number noted on the outside of the package to: Pro Tech Communications, Inc., 7525 Connelley Drive, Suite C, Hanover, MD 21076. Include your name, address, and phone number along with the RMA Number inside your package. (Packages will not be processed without this mandatory RMA information.)
Service Policy For repair of any product not covered by or exceeding the date of warranty, simply follow the procedures above. Upon receiving the product, a service representative will contact you with the cost of repair or replacement. Product will be shipped out within seven business days with standard shipping and handling charges incurred by the customer. This warranty is enforceable only in the U.S.A.
